When you join the waiting list we collect:

• Email address
• Date and time of registration
• IP address
• Explicit consent and the exact text accepted

Purpose

The email is used exclusively to notify you of the SongForm launch and to send product-related communications to which you have given explicit consent.

Explicit user consent (GDPR Art. 6.1.a). Consent may be withdrawn at any time.

Storage

Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (EU infrastructure). It is not shared with third parties except service providers necessary for operation (Cloudflare, Resend).
